Can a bag of holding or a portable hole go into the magnificent mansion without the implosion?
Yes. The Bag of Holding only has a problem if it is placed in the extradimensional space of a Heward's Handy Haversack, Portable Hole, or similar item. Mordenkainen's Magnificent Mansion would not qualify as a "similar item" since its extradimensional space is created by a spell instead of an item.
