Yes, you can store any spell of 4th level or lower, concentration does not matter.
However, and that might be up for discussion, the text for spell storing of the shield guardian says " To do so, the wearer must cast the spell on the guardian."
This might mean, that you can only store spells, that you can legally cast on the guardian, so, spells that can target the guardian.
The Shield Guardian (and the Master's Amulet) are missing the special language in the Ring of Spell Storing which lets you cast spells into the Ring by holding it while the spell is "cast." The Guardian instead must have the spell cast "on" them, which.... yes, is problematic, since it suggests that the Guardian can only ever store spells that target another creature, never a "self," and arguably not even a "point."
a shield guardian using the stored spell is most likely for reasons of offense/defense rather than utility (given the nature of the guardian and what it does), so it makes sense to me that the feature only allows spells that can target a creature, as that is the most likely target of the guardians' defensive actions.

Are shield guardians able to cast spells that require concentration?
My guess is that when it says spell it means all spells but I just need to make sure.

I'm going to make this way harder than it needs to be.
