If you are a rogue with the charger feat, could you dash as a bonus action and then attack as an action? Or are the actions locked in?
Alternatively, what if your rogue has multiclassed into sorcerer; could they then turn the bonus melee attack into a melee cantrip with a weapon attack like booming blade using quicken spell?
Long story short: Im playing a arcane trickster rogue with mobile and Charger and the one trick has gotten old.
When you use your action to Dash, you can use a bonus action to make one melee weapon attack or to shove a creature.
So, if you use the Cunning Action ability to dash using your bonus action, you've failed to "use your action to Dash," AND you have already used your bonus action, and so couldn't use your bonus action to attack.
That said, you have the Cunning Action ability. You CAN use a bonus action to dash, and then use an action to cast a cantrip, and you DON'T need the Charger feat to do it. You WON'T get the +5 to hit, or the 10 foot knock back, but you can do it, the same as any other rogue.

I’d say no to both. The feat is very specific about what it allows and when.
Charger feat:
