So, as far as I understand it, effects of the same name don't stack. For example, recieving Bless from two different sources doesn't stack. However, would the Brute Fighter's Brutish Durability (add d6 to saving throws) and Monster Hunter Ranger's Supernatural Defense (add a d6 to saving throws) stack?
I have all the content and don't see the Brute anymore. I don't think this will be an issue for any new characters created. Only old Brute's that you still have in your character library.
As a DM since it is not in RAW or UA and I have no way to reference I would just not let someone use Brute.
Well if you DM lets you use it then I would say a tentative yes they should stack. Mainly just up to your DM since it is UA how they want to interpret that.

Thanks for the reply. The Brute UA PDF is still available from WotC though. Brute is a subclass allowed in our campaign.
