Okay so I get that common is basically fantasy English, with almost everyone a part of civilization knowing it,and races like elf's and dwarfs haveing their own languages, but then we have things like abyssal & infernal, the languages of fiends, and draconic, for dragons and other dragon like creatures, but what about things like primordial, aquan, Naush,Quori, ect? Is there some kind of official comprehensive language chart or something?
In general, the playable races and monsters in the MM and other sources will tell you what languages they speak, and you can extrapolate from there. The basic set of languages and their speakers are listed in chapter 4 of the PHB

Edit: shortly after posting, I found this:https://triplecrit.fandom.com/wiki/Category:Languages and this:https://criticalrole.fandom.com/wiki/Languages_of_Exandria
Most of the languages have clear groups. Some are by race, some by location, some by country.
Primordial is an elemental language, Aquan is a version of Primordial (think spanish vs portugues) that only water based elementals know.
Giant is spoken by all giant races - including Ogres, Ettins, etc.
Goblin is spoken by a bunch of monsters including hobgoblin, etc.
Undercommon is spoken by those that live under the ground.
Naush, I never heard of, but google says it is from a group of islands in Wildemonte
Quori is spoken by Inspired, Kalashtar and Quori, (of course)
