Being an Artificer, my plan is to create the rod of flowering to create reagents for healing potions and other things. But how do I use the tools to make things?
There are crafting rules in Xanathar’s guide to Everything. But in the end, it’s going to be up to your DM if you are allowed to, and what sorts of ingredients you might need to pull it off.
