Is there a way to make the character sheet show that the character is a werebear? I am having trouble finding out.
That isn't currently built in. You can make a custom feat that adds the features of the curse and add that manually. If there are any feature that are only active when shifted, you can make an item for that and un/equip it to toggle on/off.
