So my character (a cleric) befriended and then accidentally stole a pixie from the feywild. I don't think it can be treated as a familiar, but, since they can cast spells and attack (has a higher AC than the cleric actually) - what would be a good way to handle the pixie in game without breaking things too badly?
Leave it to the DM to decide what the Pixie does. You have a friend, not a pet. Pixies are intelligent beings. That is a full on Non Player Character you have there, not something for you to control. It is the DM's job to run NPC's.
