Yeah, well, buy the PHB. The free SRD and Basic rules are the free trial version of the game. You should be grateful you can play for free at all since that is far from common practice.
There is a solution for you if you are willing to put some time into it.
Turn on Homebrew Content
Create Homebrew feats that are exactly the same
Use the "Homebrew" feats
Another solution: only buy the feat content. You can buy part of the sourcebook content instead of the whole thing. I believe the feat content is only $4.99.
That is some serious ****in bullshit... Oh well, c'est la vie. Thanks for the info, friend.
No it's not any amount of crap at all. It's a digital version on this service (which is not owned by WotC) in one neat place, as opposed to having to get it all yourself from WotC.
The PHB is not that expensive, and if there's a feat you really want and cannot afford to buy the whole book, you can just buy the feat. That will also lower the price if you decide to buy the PHB later.

Uhh... no, no it isn't... not even in the slightest. You realize this game is a commercial product, right? You have no right to utilize any of their products without paying for them; nobody does.
Yet WotC has gone out of their way to allow for groups to minimize the amount of money they have to spend by allowing campaign content sharing here on DDB.

Is there seriously only a single feat available to players that can't afford to buy extra content? Please say it ain't so.
Just the one because there's only one in the SRD.
