Yesterday my friends and I were playing D&D and a doubt arose about the wish spell in the excerpt that says "The Stress of casting this spell to produce any Effect other than duplicating another spell weakens you" the stress condition is applied to the spell caster and right after when it says "After enduring that Stress, each time you Cast a Spell until you finish a Long Rest" if I end a rest the stress condition is removed ?
Yes finishing a long rest end the stress, the spellcasting damage and limitation but the Strenght reduction will remain until the number of days past resting.

There's no "stress condition"; I think I know what you mean, but it's messier than asking when it ends - it has multiple effects that end at different times. Casting Wish for something that isn't simulating a spell of level 8 or less does all of the following:
Until you finish a long rest, each time you cast a spell you take 1d10 necrotic that can't be reduced or prevented. This is the only part that ends after a long rest.
Your Strength drops to 3 unless it's already lower. This lasts 2d4 days; if you spend an entire day resting, that day counts as 2 against the duration.
You have a 1/3 chance of never being able to cast Wish again. If you lose the ability to cast Wish, you never get it back no matter how much time passes.
