So my players have 10 torches. To get into the dungeon they had to go underwater so now everything is soaked. Then the sorcerer used prestidigitation to dry off all of their stuff.
My question is that should the torches be ruined or just have less time on them?

They're dry. They should work fine.
This.
if you believe someone can cast prestidigitation, you believe things can dry fast o.O
besides, Prestidigitation specifically says it can be used to light a torch...no restriction on the torch having to be dry.
