The system that would have lycantropy hasn't been made yet. There are a number of ways to work around it. You can make a feat that adds the static effects of the curse, and an item that has the effects of transformation that can be toggled.
Since I'm still not seeing an easy way to program it into a character sheet, can I assume Lycanthropy still hasn't been incorporated into the character system yet?
Nope, still hasnt. Even Silver Vulnerability isnt there. I dont think its really a priority either since its not likely to become something outside of a DM allowing you to play a lycanthrope cursed character.

So if a player is cursed with lycanthropy, where do you reflect that on the beyond character sheet? Am I missing something really simple here?
