Items 3 and 4 on the Wild Surge table for the Wild Magic Barbarian both reference "the end of the current turn". I don't believe I have come across this in the past, and I am unsure exactly how it applies. Would this be;
the same as "at the end of your current turn",
after everyone has taken their turn (just before you go back to the top of initiative order), or
Aaaah, I get it now. If the effect is triggered by a reaction, which it could do with the Unstable Backlash, it could be the end of another creature's turn.

It would refer to the end of the turn of the currently active creature, which would most often be your turn.
