I understand that any item can only have 1 infusion at a time. RAW, Arcane Armor doesn't say that it's an infusion. I should be able to put an infusion onto my arcane armor, right?
Correct, your Arcane Armor isn't defined as magical, and can have an infusion put on it. (In fact, at 9th level you specifically get the ability to apply up to 4 infusions to your Arcane Armor, on separate sections of it.)

Yes since an Arcane Armor is not an infusion nor a magic item. Unless your DM says it's no longer a mundane item, you should be able to infuse it just fine.

I think the limit would be if Arcane Armor is considered a magic item or not as infusions can only be applied to non-magical items?

Ah, that definitely clears it up. Thanks!
