“Devil’s SightPHB110: You can see normally in darkness, both magical and nonmagical, to a distance of 120 ft.”
How do you interpret ‘normal’? Normal Darkvision? Or normal as if bright light?
Gray Mouser
I interpret it as “Normal in bright light”.
Technically Devil’s sight only works in Darkness, not Dim Light. But every table that I’ve played at has house ruled it that it works in Dim Light too.

Normal as in "able without disadvantage."
Technically it is not darkvision which can see normally in low light, but has disadvantage in darkness.
