so adept of the black robe did it, and now we have 2 magic items in bigbys that do it, and my question is this.
with this wording "If this attack hits, you can also spend and roll any number of your unspent Hit Dice and add the total rolled to the weapon’s damage." does that mean you add your constitution modifier to the damage for each resource. i can see the arguement either way, but wanted to know what you all think. im running 1 game that does include the con modifier and am apart of 2 games, one that does it both ways

No, you do not add your constitution modifier. When you are meant to add your con mod, the text tells you to add your con mod.
