so i want my Sorcerer to have like, a Vampiric (Half human Half Vampire offspring creating a human, My Sorcerer) would he be able to gain his magic from a vampiric heritage? or something like that?
Out of the official subclasses that currently exist, shadow magic seems like an obvious choice. Divine soul of an evil God may work too as vampire curses often originate from divine punishment.
Depends on what kind of features and spells you want. A Dracula (or strahd) inspired sorcerer would fit as a divine sould to get the more holy (helly?) inspired abilities. Modern vampires might fit shadow magic better to get the "creature of darkness" vibe.

yea Shadow seems fitting,
My Spells, My Races, My Magic Items, My Monsters, My Subclasses,
Vampiric touch and enervation seem thematic. You can always flavor up the spell descriptions to fit as well.
