so I've decided to build another character and I'm thinking of being a silver draconic bloodline sorcerer (mostly) I play high dex characters because I like going sooner rather than later so I( normally have at least 14 in dex thinking maybe taking 2 levels in fighter for action surge (lose an ability score boost/feat but I don't mind) I'm not sure if this is actually effective, thoughts?

Dpends on when you plan on multi-classing, really.  Fighter goes well with a lot of classes.
