I am still very new to the world of D&D, but when I bring forth my hound as a level 6 Sorcerer, does it come on with just 3 hit points or do I roll 5D10?

It comes into play with 37 HP (the normal amount for a dire wolf ) + 3 TempHP (half your Sorcerer level).
