Divine Sorcerer lets you pull spells from the cleric list.
Additional Cleric Spells
1st-level cleric feature
The spells in the following list expand the cleric spell list in the Player’s Handbook. The list is organized by spell level, not character level. If a spell can be cast as a ritual, the ritual tag appears after the spell’s name. Each spell is in the Player’s Handbook, unless it has an asterisk (a spell in chapter 3). Xanathar’s Guide to Everything also offers more spells.
Assuming the above is an approved class feature, could a Divine Sorcerer/Cleric multiclass gain access to the expanded spell list?

I think you're a bit confused. A Divine Sorcerer's spell list generally only expands when they multiclass into Cleric if the specific Domain says it expands. The list you're talking about, assuming your DM is playing with Tasha's, is added to the Divine Sorcerer list directly because it's added to the Cleric list directly. There's simply no need to multiclass.

As of this post, DDB doesn't let Divine Sorcerers pull from the expanded cleric list from Tasha's, even with the options active on a multiclassed character, hence my asking.
It’s simply a limitation of DDB that is not an accurate reflection of the game rules, like the inability to swap out the spell granted to divine souls by the affinity of their divine magic.
