Inspired by a Youtube Conan discussion they mentioned Kull the Conqueror and one of his stories the Shadow Kingdom.

It struck me I had run a series of games, which would have been improved by including this story as an inspiration.

My game evolved around a group of cults teaming up to seize power in a coastal kingdom only to fall apart due to infighting.

However one of the games I ran was a modified Against the Cult of the Reptile Gods and the above story got me wondering what if Changelings are reptilian based rather than the current rules?

I already had one revealed posing as a Dawnfather Priest and the story would make more sense if the kingdom has been gradually taken over by these creatures who have been biding their time until some unforeseen event causes them to be revealed.

So I'm seriously thinking about rewriting the game I ran and reestablish it using the above idea.

I'm not sure this is the right place to post this here, but I'm going to give this a shot!
