I was just thinking yesterday afternoon. What about, I have no clue. But it wound up being about Unbreakable Arrows.
The world of Faerun has progressed massively over the millennium and is now a largely settled and civilised magical world that bears a closer resemblance to Eberron than its former self. Largely peaceful, the wars fought in this age are largely economic - it's long been realised that if any nation ever came to blows, the closely guarded rituals of mass destruction would ensure neither side emerged victorious. Or at all. On the whole, it's a pretty good place to spend your life. Except for one thing.
Faerun was not always this peaceful and for hundreds of years, a group of people known as adventurers went around doing 'good', largely in the form of massacring goblin settlements and engaging in acts of grave robbery. These people were the largest contributors at the time to the sale, discovery and purchase of magic items. The most common items included a variety of things such as prime of healing and spell scrolls. But there was another popular and inexpensive item known as the Unbreakable Arrow. They were popular because they saved archers from having to buy new arrows regularly. However, much like reusable shopping bags, the adventurers kept buying more and losing them. Over the last few centuries, the number of Unbreakable Arrows expanded hugely and by way of their nature, they stick around in caves and on forest paths for all eternity.
The people of Faerun are not happy with this state of affairs and only partly because of the pollution these arrows cause. The real danger of the arrows is that the number of twists in the Weave is increasingly looking like magic will gradually become harder to perform through the permanent knotted tangle that such magic items produce. Artificers and wizards developed a machine with the correct magical frequency to untangle the Weave around an arrow, freeing up a little more magic every time. Parties of scavengers are hired on a massive scale to help hunt down these arrows in places where adventurers where known to have operated in years gone by.
But such a hunt is not all fun and games. Often these places are haunted by evil, foul beasts or even the disgruntled adventurers themselves!
This was my silly idea that I decided to share with y'all. Might make a fun one shot.

Chilling kinda vibe.
Sounds fun! Go for it! I really like the logical extrapolation of the consequences of unbreakable things.
Anything is edible if you try hard enough!
I am a swimmer. If you see me running, you should run too, because it means something horrible is chasing me.
