I just created/organized/stolen from numerous other sources, an overarching boilerplate Legionnaire/mercenary contract for my players. which they will have the option to sign at the end of Dangerous Designs Starting quest. I thought it would be cool and introduce the Dwendalian Empire as the not so cuddly organization they might think it initially is. Any constructive feedback is appreciated.
