For clarification, i'm asking about classic Faerunian underdark Drows.
After searching a few forums, blogs and whatnot i found a few, mostly contradicting opinions.
Some say Drow are rather homophob and only a few high-class female nobles could fetishize some of their slaves or consorts this way. Another opnion is that the nobility wouldn't do it at all (Because of stigma and heirs), while the commoners wouldn't really care about it. And some other people say no one in Drow society cares about it.
I would be grateful for some insight on the matter.
You're just going to have to decide what you want to do. This is a situation of too many cooks in the kitchen if you want one official dish made in one way. You're going to get a variety of answers. Just pick what you want or make your own lore. That's pretty much D&D tradition anyway—doing what works for your story in lieu of a solid answer about lore.

Human. Male. Possibly. Don't be a divider. My characters' backgrounds are written like instruction manuals rather than stories. My opinion and preferences don't mean you're wrong. I am 99.7603% convinced that the digital dice are messing with me. I roll high when nobody's looking and low when anyone else can see.🎲 “It's a bit early to be thinking about an epitaph. No?” will be my epitaph.
