I want to say it could be the artifact that's mentioned in "Klothys as a Villain" Section.
"Ultimately, Klothys holds grudges only rarely. The campaign might conclude when the characters identify the moment they strayed from their destined place and correct things in order to appease the god. Likewise, the heroes might invoke the other gods’ support to deflect Klothys’s wrath. Boldest of all, the characters might determine what device allowed the god to enter the mortal realm; its destruction could hurl Klothys back into the Underworld for untold ages to come."
A few things come to mind story wise. The entry on Winter's heart mentions that gods are not willing to talk about it, and even are ashamed of it. It's possible it's related to a story of grand sacrifice that could have been avoided if only the gods had worked together. Or perhaps it eclipses the gods power, unleashes the titans, or undo's a certain God's power, and some of the Gods who are ashamed to have been involved with it's creation. If it's the last one, "undoing" a gods power, perhaps that God doesn't know, and they need to keep it a secret.
Whatever the case, there's a lot to tie it into if you've read the "Creating Theros Adventures" section!
Ulutiu (), also known as The Lord in the Ice or The Eternal Sleeper, was the lawful neutral father of the giant-kin races and the god of glaciers, polar environments, and arctic dwellers. His domains consisted of animals, cold, law, ocean and protection. Ulutiu's symbol was a necklace of blue and white ice crystals and his divine realm was where he slept in the Astral Plane.
If you wanted to tie into Faerun as I’m planning, this is great. Flavour winters heart instead of a diamond crown to a necklace or vice versa.

Ulutiu and Othea must’ve had a really long affair to have had four kids (firbolg, fomorians, verbeeg and voadkyn). Some real marriages don’t have that many.

In the frozen volcano,Is there any indication of what this place is or what the crown held by the statue is?
I would love to know what story is behind this as well. Or perhaps if someone has some good ideas for what the story could be?

That sounds very plausible Sgttris, thank you
Great ideas, thanks!
I was looking around the myth’s about the gods to find some inspiration as well.
