Title says it all. Those of you who know a lot about lore - do you think its possible for Tiamat to have descendants (likely several generations down) that are tiefling, dragonborn, or aasimar, considering she is a 5-headed dragon that some say is a god, others say a demon, others say a devil? I understand she can appear as a dark lady as well. Idk of any spawn other than chromatic dragons and Abishai devils.
Would all three be possible? Which would be more likely?
I think it would be weird for her to have Aasimar descendants, since they're meant to be associated with celestials and the Upper Planes, which Tiamat seems extremely at odds with. But Dragonborn or Tieflings that trace their lineage back to her seem reasonable.
It'd probably be way far back in their lineage, but dragonborn could be argued. Tiefling might be a bit more of a stretch, but if the DM is cool with it, sure. I also agree that Aasimar (even the fallen aasimar variant) wouldn't make sense. But also, it's a fantasy setting so... I suppose you could finagle something with the DM to make it make sense. For that matter, with DM's discretion, perhaps it doesn't have to make sense. It could just be a mystery and leave it at that.

It's entirely DM's call, and it's presumably whatever fits their world.
(I'm unaware of any lore in any of the official worlds, but Dragonlance might have had it happen.)
