Ok so, imagine I combine the cultist section from the MM, The Cult of the Dragon Origin stuff from Adventures in Faerun, and the Dragon Sorcery class from PHB, How do you think that would go or how good of an idea is that, cuz I seriously doubt that a Dragon Cultist wouldn't be able to do Dragon Sorcery, especially the Hierophant, also how should I combine them if anyone can help?

There are Cultist in the Cult of the Dragon, and Draconic Sorcery would likely be a prime choice of specialization among Sorcerer part of the Cult of Dragon.
If you were to build a character, Here's what can be useful from:
Dragon Sorcery: As written.
Cultist: Cultist wouldn't offer much since the Cult of the Dragon further define it's goals, hierarchy, symbol etc... as opposed to a generic kind found in the Monster Manual.
Cult of the Dragon: As an initiate, you may get Cuul of the Dragon regalia such as symbol, cloak, cloth, jewelry and mask as you climb in rank from Dragonclaw → Dragonwing → Dragonfang → Dragonsoul.
Dragonborn: For even more dragon theme, you could select Dragonborn as your race.
