I am a Blood Hunter Order of the Lycan, I want too spread the Lycan blood through Blood of the Lycanthrope, If I ever spread it, will I be able to control them? or does this depend since I am the origin of the spreading?

You aren't actually capable of spreading it and Order of the Lycan blood hunters are against spreading it anyway.
