All right. This is perhaps the only campaign I realy want to make, and it was literally created well I was at camp with one of the only kid I've ever met who played D&D, but I sort of love it now? So I wanted to shoot this out into the world because last time I DM everyone got tired/left so I never got to try again and no one wants to. So maybe with someone else will take it? So here it is.
This is a world where is somehow a tarrasque killed Bahamut. Welp.
In the original version of this Kawaii Owl (a homebrew creation with the kid from camp) can become a new lord of metalic dragons and order. But I want to try to make this a little more fleshed out and maybe a bit less silly? I don't know.
First off before you go in with your brainstorm, you have to know your players. What do they like? What are their expectations? Do they like a particular type of DMing? Try to get answers from them other than: Anything will do or whatever you like. The last thing you want is to see players who are forcing themselves to be on your table just because they like you and they are constantly on their phones.
After you finish from those, assuming you are going with your idea, Terrasques are extremely dangerous creatures in the dnd lore. Even some gods fear it because it's somewhat of an unnatural might thus, a cleric of bahamout asked through divine intervention for him to come and aid them after the ancient behemoth was awaken. After the the platinum dragon's decent into the realm a cataclysmic clash between the two beings almost ended everything but the Terraque won in the end and retreated to it's lair to recover or perhaps it's right now rampaging through the world and the party needs to get stronger in order to face it. This is an example on how a terrasque might have killed bahamut if you were asking for it.
Sorry but i couldn't understand what you were trying to say in the last sentence. If you can clarify that'll be great! hope you get to DM and tell your story.

Are you asking our opinions on this idea? For help to flesh this out more? What is it you're after in this post?
I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
Sort of just... anything?
