This is from a random discussion my group had during a session, which blossomed into this whole thing, and is now canon in the world, because our DM is awesome.
The butler is an ancient profession, dating back to thousands of years in the past, when great kings and queens employed butlers to safeguard their palaces from intrusion. Nowadays, such a luxury is not only reserved to loyalty, and even some minor noble houses have a butler in their employ.
The Pact of Buttling
Though the existence of the ritual is well known, the exact details of it are a well kept secret, known only to those who have gone through it. The act of binding one’s soul to a building is no easy feat, obviously, but it provides many benefits. The butler and the house are one. Anything the house sees, the butler sees. Anywhere the house is, the butler can be. In return, the butler provides protection for the house, which is ordinarily unable to defend itself against intruders. In a butler’s hands, any household object becomes a deadly weapon.

The Tools of the Trade
When initiated, every butler is given their cloth. This cloth has a variety of uses, the chief one being its ability to prestidigitate any surface instantly clean. Its other main property is its incredible durability and strength. This is needed, as it is a butler’s chief weapon. Every butler trains rigorously with their cloth, until they are capable of killing a man by merely snapping it at them like a wet towel. It is said that the greatest of butlers can kill a man so cleanly that they can dispose of the body before physics realizes none of the man’s parts are connected anymore. A butler’s fighting style mostly consists of appearing behind their enemy and garroting him with its cloth, snapping his neck(to avoid blood getting on the carpet), and disappearing immediately afterwards. Butlers are exceptionally talented assassins, though only within the confines of the house they are bound to, and it is said that the pure force of a butler’s disdain is enough to stop a man’s heart.
The Hierarchy
Butlers belong mainly to three different classes. First, Jeeves is the lowest rank. A Jeeves is typically found in the employ of a noble house. Next, there is Alfred, the second rank. Alfreds cater solely to immensely rich recluses. Finally, the highest rank of butler is Reginald. A Reginald would only be found in the employ of a king, and are bound to take their own lives before serving anyone lower.
One’s rank within their class is shown by their, with a full head of black hair belonging to many low ranking Jeeveses, and pure white, near bald glory being reserved for only the greatest of Reginald’s. Complete baldness is out of the question, and a bald butler is no butler at all.

"Ignorance is bliss, and you look absolutely miserable."
So... where in the hierarchy would be a Sebastian? Since you already used that Gif from Black Butler? :D
Not having watched the anime you refer to, this is still pretty funny.
I’ve never actually watched black butler, I just found the clip.
@Narasea you reminded me of something I forgot to add, involving a butler’s rank within their class, regarding their hair. I’ve added it now.
Looking at Sebastian, he’d probably be a low ranking Jeeves.

If you like Animes, you should probably watch a few episodes of it. :-)
It is quite entertaining, especially once they meet the "Undertaker" :D
