Hello, fellow aspiring DMs and bright-eyed players of DnDbeyond! I've been working on writing a bit of an adventure module myself, and thought I'd share some of my work with the community, both as an outlet for input and suggestions, and as a potential setting itself for those DMs still looking for a place for their adventures to happen. So, allow me to introduce the history and background of the setting in which my adventure, the Winds of Wanderlust, will take place in: The thricedoms of Hope Platina.
The Dragonsorrow War Hope Platina is a grand island continent of roughly hexagonal shape. The southeast, southwest and northern corners of the island are the mouths of oceanic rivers that flow inland, their meeting in the center of the continent broken by a massive ringed crater in the isle's eye. A millenium ago, three ancient dragons, one Gold, one Silver and one Bronze, banded together in an immortal war against a terrible creature, a forgotten demigoddess of the Shadowfell, Lorelei the Mournthirster, and her pet, a mountainous demon of choking ash and fiery agony, Morcendius, in a violent struggle over the unnamed realm. Moved to finish their battle by the prayers of the mortals that resided there, the three were able to unleash the power of their father and progenitor, the great Platinum Dragon Bahamut, in a final, immense miracle that expunged their dreadful foe, leaving her dread kingdom, Annula, trapped beneath an everglass desert within the resultant crater, sunk beneath the collective shores and beaches. Thus was the Smote City broken and buried, the Griefdrinker's corpse entombed within the darkness beneath even the Underdark, eternally bound under the light of a magical phenomenon, a celestial arcanum known as the Platinum Moon.
The realm, founded and saved by the collective hopes of its peoples and their faith in Bahamut's sons, became known as Hope Platina, and eventually, the three dragons chose to aid their charges in creating and nurturing their respective societies, watching over the folks of the continent whilst living amongst them. This gave birth to three distinctive kingdoms, nations divided by the rivers. The three kingdoms are named Aurix, Orn and Aujir, with their capitals being Aursiksta, Skjallorn, and Nakt'aujir. As a whole, the realm's most populace race is metallic dragonborn, with chromatic dragonborn being a rarity and regarded warily. As a result, Draconic is the common-spoken language, with Ancient Draconic being the more intimate spoken tongue used by dragons and dragonborn when they wish not to be overheard. Interplanar beings such as the gith, and sentient constructs such as warforged, are nearly unheard of.
The Thricerealms of Hope Platina Aurix: The Golden Empire Aurix is the most diverse kingdom in terms of race, though the royal family, the house of the Gilded Emperor, are dark-skinned, tall Aasimar. Their line has held court over the peoples of Aurix since time immemorial, with the most recent of their kings, the venerable Lodgen Cadrogin, being celebrated as a just monarch and devout follower of Bahamut, espousing compassion, justice and peace to his subjects. The guard companies of the kingdom are collectively known as the Goldscales, for the dragonscale badge they are given on taking their vows to the Gilded Emperor, whilst the spies, scouts and ranging parties of the realm are titled the Gleamless Guild. The kingdom itself is a fertile series of fields, farmlands and hills, though there is a natural sort of barrier hills around Aursiksta, leaving a single ascending valley-path up to the capital's gates, the Goldenroad. While the peoples of the kingdom are, by and large, the most varied and numerous of the three kingdoms, there is a strong population of Aasimar, Halflings and Centaurs. The faith of Aurix is, of all the realms, the strongest following of Bahamut, though there are also strong ties to the Raven Queen, Kord and Erathis.
The hub cities, or Fiefdoms, act as self-sufficient fortresses and guarding city-states, focusing on military training, capable of fielding supplies, forces and other needs to the kingdom on the Gilded Emperor's behalf, are managed by a number of trusted lords known as Majesties, governing generals that focus on the placement, reinforcement and movements of Goldscales, armaments and surplus goods to the realm. The larger cities, or Townships, are fortified regions, typically built around places of great populace, acting as general places of commerce, industry, residence and livelihood amongst the realm, ruled over by Regals, lordly families trusted by the Gilded Emperor to preside over and ensure the running of the townships. The rest of the region's settlements, Hearths, are usually preceded by the works and trade that the villages deal in; Farmhearths, Minehearths, Millhearths and so on. These small villages are run by elected officials, proven folk who act as Sheriff and Mayor to their home cities, known as Courts.
Orn: The Silver Kingdom The second kingdom, Orn, is a heavily natural realm, one of dense forests, lush jungles, and fetid swamps and marshlands. What makes this kingdom unique is that it is not a static series of cities and villages. Much of the realm actually shifts in and out of the Feywild at the will of the Six Silvers, a circle of chieftains, nobles and lords who control the Greenway; a defensive enchantment on the nation that makes traversing the material realm of the kingdom challenging without the aid of a Warden of the Ways to guide travellers. The realm itself is split into three countries, each ruled by a pair of the Six Silvers.
The Verdance, the shifting, labyrinthine forest region of Orn, is under the watch of House Greendark and Clan Wyrdloam, and are predominantly inhabited by Wood Elves, Earth Genasi and Firbolgs. They worship the flora and fauna of the natural world, what they know as Syl, and have an affinity for the moon goddess, Sehanine. The Lostlochs, country of water, marsh and swamp, is under the rule of the Triton royal family, currently lead by Wavefather Bardos, as well as the seaspeaker druidic circle known as the Deepdreamers, whom reside in Atlantis, a city-state populated by Water Genasi, Sea Elves and Triton. They show their faith to the Sea that surrounds them, and resultantly find themselves tied to Melora.
The third of the regions within Orn, the thick and tropic jungles and canyons of the Feral Valleys, is a quartet of mountainous peaks, the Four Fathers, surrounded by the untamed jungle wilds of the Darktangle. Within the center of these four mounts, suspended by a series of enchanted foundation-pillars and accessible via the Grand Span drawbridge, is the city-state of Hightor Aery, a sky island of tall towers and skyscraper-like structures, all entwined and encircled with platforms, balconies, bridges and watches. This city is ruled over by the Windsworn Council, a diplomatic panel of the realm's Aarackoa, Air Genasi and Eladrin peoples, whilst the jungles below are inhabited by wild bands of Orcs, Yuan-ti and Tabaxi. The peoples of this realm find their blessings in the open Sky, and kinship with Avandra.
Surrounded by the temples of the Six Silvers, in a grand temple-spire in the deepest reaches of the kingdom, is the Bright One, Ryseliv Morrnwyb, a near-deified high elven priest-king who resides in the aptly-named Celestarium within Skjallorn, where the very skies themselves may be enchanted to shift through the upcoming solar and lunar cycles, the constellations and movements of the heavens, to perform great divinations or discern distant portents. The capital is housed mostly by High Elves, Fire Genasi, and Dragonborn. They are faithful to the Sun, and enjoy a mixture of worships, to Pelor, Ioun and Corellon.
Aujir: The Bronze Demesne The last of the three kingdoms, Aujir, is a mixture of sprawling canyons, rocky hills, vast desert reaches and rolling highlands. This region is ruled by a joint trio of fiefdoms known as the Thanekeeps; The Proudheights, the realm of the hill dwarves, is a mighty series of fort-castles that line the highlands, forming the outer reaches of the full kingdom. The largest of these watchcastles, Dawn's Crest, is a bastion of peaceful, earnest and hard-working dwarven folk, farmhanded halflings, and gnome inventors, presided over by the renowned Solbeard clan and their current Hill-thane, Morgann Solbeard, Hoplite of Pelor.
The Moradruin, a volcanic mountain of immense size that has been carved into a wondrous, awe-inspiring natural fortress powered by its own geothermal heart, a realm populated by mighty minotaurs, stout mountain dwarves and sturdy-hearted rock gnomes, surrounded by snowy peaks and vast winter valleys known as the Arduous Climb, is the proud seat of power to the just-handed, iron-minded Foehammer clan, and their Stonesire, Ulric Foehammer, Hammer of Moradin.
The third rulership, that of the Undershields, a vast network of tunnel-cities and cavernous bunkers beneath the deserts and dug into the canyons, is inhabited largely by the cunning Drow, the unyielding Duergar and the crafty Kobolds, is minded by the mystically-minded lord of the deep realm, the Sorceress-Queen Moira Mithraleye, the Ravenglare. All three fiefdoms thrive, though once monthly, the rulers all come together to council in neutral ground, a small desert waste between the three dwarven fiefs known as the Scorched Crucible, where resides the Rusted Champion, a masterful smith responsible for the storied weapons of many a hero. Whilst the majority worship either Moradin or Bahamut, there are a great many followers of Pelor in Dawn's Crest, as well as a sizable gathering of Raven Queen faithful within the Undershields.

Working on a supplement for the adventure-minded. A project including (and crediting) homebrew subclasses from the community, a world of my own design, premade characters, magic items, and even a prologue adventure to start things off!
Past and Current Characters: Morgann 'Duskspear' Solbeard, Hill Dwarf Paladin/Fighter/Warlock; Ephemeral 'Skye' Solbeard, Hill Dwarf Artificer; Zaldrick Lawscrip of Orzhov, Hobgoblin Wizard; Eremys Spydrun, Shadar'kai Monk; Cuchulainn, Wood Elf Blood Hunter.
Sounds really cool and excellent detail. For the dragonsorrow war, you said that the grief drinker dies, but you say that that they face the mourn thirster. I assume they're different nicknames. The silver kingdom is the best for me. Now just pick out places where they can start the adventure.
Ah, yes. Lorelei is one of those goddesses with a good few titles. Mournthirster, Griefdrinker, the Ashen Cupbearer, the Hoard of Tears, the Spider-Crow, the Fellsister, the Orphaner, the Matron of Widows...

By all means x3 haven't come up with a creature sheet for Lorelei yet, but one of her Shadowfell foot soldiers, the Despondent, I've finished. Lorelei makes large use of the Sorrowsworn creatures from Mordekainen's Tome of Foes, of whom I'll be adding to the adventure for convenience. x3
