I have an idea for a campaign, but it'll take a bit of homebrew writing. Basically, the players are part of an organization trying to prove the existence of Bigfoot and other cryptids. Martial classes like fighter and ranger can use firearms and other hunting weapons whereas spellcasting classes like sorcerer and warlock get their magic abilities from an undiscovered blood type or a pact with a supernatural entity. If you have some suggestions or plot ideas feel free to comment.
Make sure they go no higher than 7th or 8th level. That way they can face an abominable yeti. Maybe you could add a twist, so that they find the yeti, bit the person they are working for is evil. Might work.

'The Cleverness of mushrooms always surprises me!' - Ivern Bramblefoot.
What if there's another organization trying to keep Bigfoot a secret for some undetermined reason. As the party is trying to track it there will be the opposing organization that keeps getting in their way?

Maybe you could do both? There is an organisation that wants to cover up Bigfoot, and the person who sends the characters to find Bigfoot is actually part of the opposing organisation.

He would need to come up for a reason why the evil guy is helping them track down Bigfoot. Otherwise it wouldn't make much sense if the objective is to keep Bigfoot a secret
So that they can kill Bigfoot, or to have them for some kind of power mission thing. E.g there is a prophecy that whoever finds the yeti gets his power and might. They want power and strength, and so want the yeti first.
