Hi I have recently created a new PC for an upcoming campaign. The PC is an elven noble, but I have not decided where he is from. I tried searching online for info on elven kingdoms in Fearun (campaign is set in Fearun), but I couldn't find much. Could somebody help me?
Well, it's spelled Faerun, not Fearun. Maybe switching those letter will help?

All stars fade. Some stars forever fall. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Homebrew (Mostly Outdated):Magic Items,Monsters,Spells,Subclasses ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- If there was no light, people wouldn't fear the dark.
Evereska is an elven city-state. Evermeet is an entire elven nation. Myth Drannor has been destroyed, but there may be some remnants hiding out in Cormanthor Forest. I am not sure what 5e's take is on that. Evermeet's really the big one though.

Any time an unfathomably powerful entity sweeps in and offers godlike rewards in return for just a few teensy favors, it’s a scam. Unless it’s me. I’d never lie to you, reader dearest.
