Although she is called the Murder Queen sometimes, the Raven Queen isn't really evil and doesn't take delight in death. She and her clerics see death as a force that is neither good nor evil. She despises undeath because it is unnatural. So yes, the grave domain makes more sense than the death domain. Because fate and winter are also considered to be in her bailiwick an argument could be made that a Raven Queen cleric could choose the nature domain. With a good back story you could probably be a cleric of the Raven Queen and choose any domain.

l looked her up, and she has life and death domains, but from what l've heard, wouldn't she be more of a grave domain, rather then/ as well as, death?
