Hi I moved home, before I moved my ISP had no restrictions and I could stream to twitch with no problem, except my upload speed was horrendous.
Like I say, I moved home, and now have Fibre Optic with a much better upload speed. However, using the same ISP, and same computer I streamed using, the same software. I can't seem to stream via Twitch. So, I am guessing it is the router admin panel with my new Broadband package which is set up to block Twitch.
The error I get from OBS is "Failed to Connect to Server"
