I think it is still a relatively new campaign and as its innate mechanics and a general 'hardcore old school' vibe do not really enable players to breeze through, no one got that far.
All, more or less, well-produced and ongoing series I've seen seem to follow the pattern below:
1. Introductory episode with backstories and 'getting the party together' stuff. Plus the obligatory Main Quest<tm> vignette.
2. (optional) Filler episode with characters on their way to Chult. Usually depicting a naval combat, because the alternative is just being teleported there.
3. Arriving at Port Nyanzaru with the expected dinosaur shenanigans to follow.
4. First steps in the jungle, party runs into serious problems, ends on a cliffhanger.
5. (to be continued...) that is as far as anyone got, some groups skip to exploring ruins, interacting with local tribes, the grung etc.
I follow Roll20 campaign run by Adam Hoebel, they seem to know what they're doing, they use jungle exploration rules from the book, you can see all their rolls and there's pretty good RP there as well. They got to and into Firefinger tower, last time I saw them.
Tried to watch more 'official' videos from the D&D twitch channel, but so far it is mostly what I have written above with the possible exception of Mercer's Force Grey group. Not a fan of his style to be honest, too much of 'narrative override' and voice acting for me, and Chult seems to be a square 5 by 5 miles wide, i.e. everyone can get everywhere relatively quickly.
I have not seen any recent Dice Camera Action episodes yet, since I am catching up on them chronologically and just finished watching their Curse of Strahd season. But I have high expectations, since Chris Perkins and the group are my favourites.
I did not look for any more streams, so I am not claiming that's all there is, it is just not as easily searchable.
Just my 2 copper pieces.

Yeah thats what I have seen too. I think eventually someone will stream that far, but I don't know if it will be Dice Camera Action, Chris tends to change the adventure for his group, but we shall see.

Has anyone seen any streams that go into the later part of Tomb of Annihilation? Like city of Omu and beyond?
I have read through the entire adventure and I’m interested to see how people play through the last half.
