In Storm Lords Wrath they use Flail Snail's as draft animals.
The closest thing to a reptilian horse imo is the Hadrosaurus as it's Large, has 40ft. of movement and is described as being able to be tamed.
If you don't want anything as exotic as dinosaurs, than Giant Lizard's are the way to go, although they'd probably be used more as draft animals due to their slow speed.

Nothing wrong with dinos. I saw the dinos as more war beast than cavalry mount though.

Giant Lizards basically exist primarily to be mounts for Lizardfolk.
I don't see why though. Why shouldn't they ride Worgs? Why shouldn't Bugbears or Hobgoblins ride Giant Lizards?
Racial stereotyping. Obviously, if you're a reptile you only associate with other reptiles. You can't possibly want to keep avian or mammalian riding beasts.

It could be environmental. Maybe the place they come from is like the Galapagos where the dominate land forms are reptile?

What would you say lizardfolk use for mounts?
What would be their go-to hunting beast?

Giant lizards seem appropriate. Their description mentions lizard folk frequently raise them, and that they are potentially mounts or pack animals.

I mean, sure, if you had an isolated tribe of lizardfolk you could say that. But most of the time that's not the case at all.
