I need some advice on my fighter build. This is my first character and I have played one night with my friends. On this first campaign I looted a spellbook from one off the bosses. The spellbook contained the following spells : Burning hands, disguise self, false life, shield, unseen servant and witch bold. I am currently level 2, with the following stats: STR17, DEX13,CON14,INT9,WIS11 and CHA14. At level three I can choose a archtype, I thinking about battlemaster. Now I have the following questions : Can I use magic and also become a battlemaster? Or what would one off you do? Thanks in advance.
If you want magic, you could choose Eldritch Knight as your archetype, but that gains no benefit from a spellbook. Also, EK spells use intelligence as their power stat, so that wouldn't work well at all with your 9 Int.
You could use that spellbook for you if you make a multiclass fighter/wizard (if multiclassing was allowed by your GM) but I don't recomend you to do that as a character with 9 INT.
If there is a wizard in your party share that loot. If not, you may save it for some wizard NPC that have some coins to spare. Remember that spellbooks are usefull only for wizard so for the rest of the world these are coins or souvenirs.

it’s not even a question of recommend; they can’t multiclass into wizard with a 9 int.
As Helton says, If there’s a wizard in the party give them the spellbook, as wizards are the only ones who can get use from it. Otherwise, I’d say sell it so you can save up for plate mail.
Try to negotiate and exchange this spellbook for a magical weapon or something.
I expect you mean 'use the spellbook to bargain with an NPC for something more useful' but this could be construed as 'negotiate with the DM for different loot' - don't do that. It's the DM who chooses what treasure you find.

You can totally use magic and still be a Battlemaster, there are certain feats that grant you once per day spells like Fey/Shadow Touched and Magic Initiate. Magic Initiate also lets you learn 2 cantrips that you can cast as much as you want.
A second option would be to multiclass into a different class that can use magic, with your current stats only the CHA based magic users will be available so your choices will boil down to Bard, Paladin, Sorcerer or Warlock.
Lastly if there is a Wizard in your party just give them the spellbook, if not then sell/trade it because your character will not be getting much use of it.
A well as a wizard some warlocks can benefit a little from the spellbook once they hit level 3. If the Warlock takes the Pact of the tome and takes the Book of anciant secrets Eldritch invocation they would be able to copy unseen servent into their book of shadows (This only works for ritual spells and unseen servent is the only ritual spell in the spell book you found).
While most warlocks you take pact of the tome will also take the book of anciant secrets, unseen servent is't amassively important spell so if there is a warlock in your party who is not planning on taking pact of the tome I wouldn't try to get them to change but if they are planning to go tomelock then it is a nice little extra for them.

Only an actual wizard can use the spellbook.
If you want magic, you could choose Eldritch Knight as your archetype, but that gains no benefit from a spellbook. Also, EK spells use intelligence as their power stat, so that wouldn't work well at all with your 9 Int.
In short, stick with battle master.

Also - Battlemaster is awesome. You're going to have fun with it. You don't need spells...
Try to negotiate and exchange this spellbook for a magical weapon or something.

D&D is a team experience, can any of your other party members use it? Could it be sold at a local city?
If no one in the party has an INT of 13 or higher and would like to take a few Wizard levels, then sell the book.
