For context I play as a Blood Hunter Order of the Lycan, may party has 2 druids one multi totem barb, 1 warlock celestial, 1 wizard necromancy homebrew variant, 1 witcher class, 1 fighter homebrew, and 1 monk shadow multi ranger. The warlock and Wizard has counter spell. I want to know whether taking which one of these is better. I have 3 spellcasters and a half, and 3 and a quarter martial classes including me a ranged lycan that can fly. So which is better to take?
You have a fair amount of spell casters for your party. Having the Ring of Spell Storing won’t add that much to what your party can do, and it will require your other party members to fill it.
The Weapon of Warning gives you a superior version of the Alert feat, which will probably eliminate the need for the martial PCs to stand watch at night, and eliminate surprise for you and most of your party. Somewhat niche uses, but pretty powerful in those niches.
The real kicker is advantage on initiative. I’m assuming the OP is DEX based because of the “ranged” comment. Between a high DEX and advantage you’ll act first or close to first in most combats. That will enable you to use a Blood Curse on a target before it has an opportunity to act. That can set up the rest of your party to wreck that target or be relatively safe from it, depending on the curse. Only you can use Blood Maledict, and now you’ll get to use it before the enemies can act.

I'd take a Weapon of Warning
