I’m about to run the Vecna quest in a couple days, the adventure says that DM should equip characters with magical weapons or items to stand a chance against Vecna. I have only the Sword of Kas on mind for martial characters, what other would you recommend for the other classes?
Load up 7 Hats of Disguise for the party, that should help.
...But in a seriousness, if it's going to be one big combat, anything that boosts AC/saving throws/attack rolls will help. Make sure they have a source of potions (healing, sure, but other boosts as well). Lastly, make sure that the martial have ways of attacking at range if need be. Or at least, make sure they have things to do on turns they can't get close.

What’s the party composition?
The party composition is quite simple: Wizard, Bard, Barbarian, Fighter , Monk, Cleric and Blood Hunter

I recommend at least +1 magic weapons; everything else is gravy, because Vecna the Archlich doesn't really have anything super impressive.
There's a lot of variation depending on the characters' sub-classes, or even race and alignment. But here's some good weapons for them:
Wizard: Staff of the Magi
Bard: Ollamh harp (Instrument of the Bards)
Barbarian: Axe of Dwarvenkind
Fighter: Vorpal Sword
Monk: Eldritch Claw Tattoo
Cleric: Book of Exalted Deeds
Blood Hunter: Dragon's Wrath Weapon.
