Hey i think im gonna be starting a campaign in a Victorian era style setting. The party is an eloquence bard, artificer, and a druid. I was wondering what would be good for a world like this. Magic isnt non existent but it is a lower magic campaign than we normally do. any ideas?
Just because it's not clear from your question - are you a DM looking for story ideas or are you a player looking to fill out your party with a character?
If it's the latter, then I agree with ArntItheBest and a barbarian Victorian era gang member with a big blunt object as a weapon would be my choice in that era.

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
