So I’ve been watching a lot of DND recently, however i have issues when it comes to playing any games. This is a couple of reasons, having pretty bad anxiety (social) being the main one. The other main issue is that i am currently away from my home country for a whole year and don’t think I’ll be able to play DND because i am busy and the time difference. I’m not sure where to start looking, and what types of campaigns i would find interesting. Just because I’m away from my home country and the time difference, I don’t even think doing a campaign through discord is an amazing idea, but I’m just not sure. I do know that a friend of mine is a DM, but again that is not going to be an option as we are both busy and he is back in my home country.
It’s not that i can’t make friends or anything, it is just that i have really bad anxiety when i first meet people or friends i have not seen in years, which do lead to me having panic attacks.
What I’m wondering if anyone has tips or ideas around any of this issues. It is would be very much appreciated.
Ive looked to see if i can find some in my current area and back home already, but there is none near me. And back at home, it is like a half day trip to get to it and I don’t have time or money for it even when i go back
If you don't have time to play then don't worry about it and just enjoy watching people streaming it or get yourself Baldur's Gate 3 and play that instead.

If you look online you can find all kinds of games that happen online. You can try joining one of those.
