Either directly, or by using Telekinesis to grab their blanket, wrap it around them, and carry them out of the room. Grabbing their entire bed should almost certainly be safe I assume, but I don't think it would fit through the door without tilting it sideways. Then again, if Stone Shape doesn't create noise, we could maybe widen the gap next to the door and then have enough space for the bed… But the door frame would be wood, and any way we'd have to destroy that would be loud probably, and also means we couldn't do it without leaving a trace… The walls themselves might also be at least partially wood.
Using it directly on them would inflict Restrained, would they feel that much if they're not trying to move around? And there's friction with the blanket as they move, and temperature change once they're out of the blanket. But carrying them wrapped inside the blanket would probably also feel different from lying on a mattress, would someone wake up from that?
Of course the answer might also differ depending on what sleep phase they're in.
As a DM it would definitely be some sort of save. The variables are a lot.
This sounds like a kidnapping of someone inside a building and inside a room. How many doorways are there? What are the size of the hallways? The person sounds important, are there security guards that run around? How many (locked) doors does the body go through? I assume at least two, the outside door and the bedroom door. Is there a staircase, will it be a spiral?
Getting the person with out waking them up, as difficult as it might be, is probably easier then getting them out of the building.
Could you cast a sleep/charm/etc. spell then use Telekinesis and then they stay asleep/compliant while you remove them from the facility.
The target in question is another PC (depending on Arcana roll next session, we may or may not figure out that they are a Warlock from the spells they had cast so far and the way they cast them and the fact that their Tome of Shadows maybe looks a bit strange for a Wizard's spellbook, there's a demon invasion going on so we may want to question them about their patron in a Zone of Truth to see if we can trust them), there'd be no guards other than another PC who seems to trust them and sleeps in the same room as them, we'd just need to carry them a bit across the hallway into another inn room. Sleep and Suggestion would be neat, but require verbal components, which might wake the other character up, Sleep also requires two saves, we only have one low Portent roll and Warlocks have proficiency in Wisdom saves. We also considered Dimension Door, but that requires a willing creature (and has a verbal component, but by the time the other character wakes up, the caster would already have disappeared).
If this is a party member and you are close, I missed why he would yell and scream. and not want to leave stealthy. I am out of ideas, I am sure a more experienced person can assist and you might need your DM input as well.
Cast telekinesis on the blanket they are sleeping on. Lift it like a hammock.
If you need to roll the person into the blanket, or do something weird to fit them through a door, make a sleight-of-hand(spellcasting ability) against the targets passive perception. Roll wuth advantage since theyre sleeping.

Because she only just joined the party a few sessions ago (with her main argument for letting her and the other character join being "we're from an influential noble house" (which didn't exactly convince the rest of us, we let them join because we figured maybe we could use some extra help)) and we don't exactly trust each other yet (and with the potential realization she's a warlock, any trust we may have had would be shattered temporarily at least).

I think most people sleep under the blanket, not on the blanket? Could lift the bedsheet, but it may be too thin and could rip, and same problem as with lifting her in the rolled-up blanket, it would feel different from lying on a mattress. Seems like an interesting idea overall though, maybe DM will also agree with the Sleight of Hand (spellcasting ability) check.
There's also still the option we can just get her to speak with us in private without having to kidnap her at night, it's more of a backup plan if she doesn't agree to do so when asked (chances are she might not if we don't bring up why we want a private conversation, which we won't because we don't know how she'd react if the warlock topic is brought up with her being able to run away or perhaps contact her patron or somesuch).

I’m not one to judge but from my understanding you are going to kidnap a players character because your characters don’t trust them. That’s giving big alarm bells already and it could upset players or the single player being targeted. Again I don’t mean to sound judgy and it can sound wrong across the internet but maybe you’re just more of a role play group than we are.

Well, only to temporarily interrogate her regarding her patron's intentions and, if necessary, to what extent she could defy her patron's will. If all is good, we'll just let her go again and treat her like any normal party member. As in, from the point of view of our PCs, there's a very realistic threat she's a spy (we're trying to prevent/revert a demon invasion, suddenly someone who pretends to be a Wizard, but then turns out to secretly be a Warlock, is very insistent on joining the party, what are the odds?), so they will treat her as if she might be a spy. Even if from the metagaming perspective, the players are pretty sure she's not a spy.
Regarding upsetting her, the player in question is aware of this thread and said she was fine with it.

The answer is almost certainly "no" in reality, but in game it's going to be your DM's call.

Also see other thread for reference: Can an Incapacitated creature scream?
