Greetings c7m2kcw2sd,
From your description of what you are looking for, it sounds pretty specific, so others helping that don't have your vision, might not be what you are looking for.
There is really helpful information for creating a world and or adventure in the new 2024 DMG.
Additionally D&D released their Dungeons Master's Workbook of Worldbuilding back in the spring which might be helpful for you.
There are also tons of free resources online to help like World Anvil and others.
Good Luck :)
Breathe, dragons; sing of the First World, forged out of chaos and painted with beauty.
Sing of Bahamut, the Platinum, molding the shape of the mountains and rivers;
Sing too of Chromatic Tiamat, painting all over the infinite canvas.
Partnered, they woke in the darkness; partnered, they labored in acts of creation.
