I have a Tabaxi Ranger (Horizon Walker). He's all about stealth, dexterity, but most importantly inter-planar protection/travel. He's acquired the Robe of Stars which allows him to enter the Astral Plane at will.
Feats I've already decided on are Sharpshooter, Mobile, Alert, Observant.
I was thinking about Ritual Caster but it seems limited because there aren't a whole lot of ritual spells and I can only pick rituals from one class.
I'd like to pick something that might feed into his Arcana/Religion character aspect.
Warcaster is always a good choice if you want to strengthen up your magic... the boost to holding concentration always helps, and it gives you more options when attacks of opportunity arise. Other than that I feel like Lucky works for just about every class type if you really want a feat but can't settle on a specific one.
In defense of Ritual Caster, choosing Bard ties in with Arcana/Religion(general knowledge), and Tabaxi in general fit with a Bard lore-wise. You can make a similar argument for Cleric since they have the versatility to emulate aspects of any class with a religious twist. And then, don't think of it as "there aren't many rituals to choose from." The benefit you gain from just having two 1st level rituals is equivalent to or greater than many feats. Add on top of that the ability to gain better rituals and possibly homebrew if your DM allows, you can have a lot of fun with that.
Then the spells themselves. Animal Messenger and Speak With Animals automatically ties in with being a cat-person. You are already the scout for your party, and now your new animal friends can be scouts for you. Silence is a great ritual to increase your chances of sneaking past the bad guys so you won't be heard. Magic Mouth can create a nice distraction or help leave messages for your party to follow behind you. You can also work with your party spellcasters to supplement them on their skills. If you are pressed for time, you and the Wizard can both cast identify if you have multiple magic items you want to know about as soon a possible. Divination and Commune are rarely prepared for the day, and play into your religion aspect even more. Contact Other Plane seems to be a perfect fit for Horizon Walker.
You have chosen all the most important feats that contribute to your scouting and combat. Ritual Caster is definitely the feat that fills in the last gap of your theme I think. Alternately, if Dragonmarks are in your campaign, you might consider Aberrant Dragonmark or ask your DM if they would homebrew a Tabaxi Dragonmark. Aberrant Dragonmark, as well as Magic initiate, will accomplish many of the same thematic elements of Ritual caster with a different execution.
If you care more about combat, Crossbow Expert, even if you use a regular bow instead of crossbow than you still remove shooting with disadvantage in melee range. Dungeon Delver is usually good for a scout, especially if you are not also the thief. Skulker for even more stealthy stuff.
This may not directly apply to your concept, but my all time favorite feat is Crossbow Master, because you can attack with crossbows in close range, and it removes the loading property. One of my party members made a ranger with this feat and he loved it, he thought a ranger with a bow was too cliche

Where you somehow lucky enough to roll perfect stats so as to not need an ASI?
