Make eldarine feel like actual eldarine build

Hello!,all of us have seen the eldarine stat blocks... cr 10 elves that have magic resistance and the abillity to teleport with a recharge of 6-5

Naturally as a player race that would be broken like gruumsh's pride after corellon kicked his orcy behind.

But some elven thirst keeps me asking, but build can i make to emulate this to actuall eldarine (like these in the monster manuals?) 

I assume a build that lets you teleport frequently,gain some form of magic resistance and some casting.

Any suggestions? Thanks!

Oath of ancients paladins get resistance to spells at level 7 and can cast misty step. And other spells, of course.
