I talk too much. Even as a DM, I talk over my players sometimes. One trick I'm learning as a player is not to launch into a monologue and push my agenda for the session as soon as I think of it. It's too wait for an apropos moment in what the other members of the party are discussing. That way, I'm participating in what they're interested in, not just pushing my interests.
