That spell is different than all the other tashas summons. It is the only one (both in physical book and on here) that actually starts at an upcast stat block. It states that of you summon it at above 3rd level it gains the hp benefit which i think is 55hp total. Its nutty since it is a 4th level spell. Thus enhanced right out of the gate! I couldnt beleive it at first then read my physical copy again and was shocked.
It doesn't really fit with the design philosophy of the other summon spells, so I imagine it will probably get errata'd eventually (either 55 + each level above 4th or 40 + each level above 4th, depending on what the original intent was). But for now that is indeed how it works.
I thought it was just a D&D Beyond typo at first until I saw that it was in the physical book too, and even then I was a bit surprised.
Same here. I saw it on other talks of the spell, but on the official variants they had it as 40 +15 each past 3rd. Shocking really, but hey thats how it is at least for now so they start @55hp for me haha.

It's a typo. Being durable is one of the things that Constructs shine at, so the "enhanced HP" is the correct starting value.
