So I’m going to run (eventually) LMOP for a group of four (five of I’m lucky) new players and one experienced player. The latter of this took one for the team and claimed role of healbot. His original pick was life domain, but then he found about said Twilight Domain. He’s interested, of course. As a DM, how much should I worry about it, since I’ve heard it was slightly unbalanced. Should I nerf, or flat out say no?
If the Experienced Player is already shelving things he'd like to do to play Team Nursemaid, especially in 5e where the Team Nursemaid job barely functions in the first place, I'd let him have his domain. Twilight is not so broken as to be unfun to DM for - not any more so than any of the other half-dozen cleric domains which are absolutely power monsters in the hands of a player that can get beyond the "cleric = heal*****" assumption, at least. And it is just a lot of fun, and potentially the sort of thing one would want the Team Nanny to play in a Phandelver game where nobody else has a clue.
I have a player in my Avernus game who is playing a Twilight Cleric, I've had no issues with them breaking anything, or overshadowing any of the other players so far. :)

Ok, i tell my Pc. It’s good to know that the twilight wasn’t as broken as I’ve heard

An option to split the difference, Grave Domain. But it doesn't really matter if everyone is having fun.
^ I agree with this.
