Ok all the dnd classes present in one dnd all currently get their subclass at level 3. I think this is to balance the classes but it feels wrong for some of the classes (warlock and sorcerer). How do you guys feel about this change?

Totally fine. Like it was said in many threads before, a warlock could study the occult and seek contact with eldritch entity on levels 1-2, and only by level 3 actually make a pact. Or make a pact at character creation and specify that it has a period of "internship" until it is fully sealed. Just like a paladin taking an oath at level 3. For sorcerers, what defines them is casting spells without books and study, and metamagic. They have spellcasting at level 1, and I won't be surprised if WotC gives them metamagic at level 2. And at level 3, your particular mutation manifests and you finally realize where exactly your magical gift came from if it wasn't apparent before.
